Project Speedbird
Answer
Northeast of England
Project Speedbird is a collaboration between LanzaJet and British Airways to make over 90,000 tonnes of SAF and renewable diesel annually from advanced bioethanol, reducing CO2 emissions by approximately 230,000 tonnes per year – equivalent to 26,000 British Airways UK domestic flights. LanzaJet's ethanol-to-SAF technology converts all types of ethanol into SAF and has recently been deployed at LanzaJet's 10 million gallon Freedom Pines Facility in Georgia, USA.
